Project: Construction of a new build house for investment
Special requirements: fully managed project with Aspire taking care of every aspect of the new build, and in line with the latest pandemic guidance, whilst also working around the weather and the latest lockdown.
Works:
In November 2020, we reported on this new build project. We shared our target to install the main roof structure before Christmas. Our team was confident that it would achieve this goal, and rightly so. The roof was successfully installed before Christmas and work continues to progress well. The next target is completion during spring.
We’re also pleased to report that this project is not only also running on schedule, but also on budget. This is even amidst the latest lockdown.
